Horizon Call of the Mountain
I started working on Horizon Call of the Mountain after joining Firesprite in September 2019, all the way up to its launch in February 2023. My experience on this project shaped me into the Level Designer I am today, largely thanks to the incredible people I had the privilege of working with!
My responsibilities included revising and creating new level blockouts, bringing them to life by scripting in Blueprints and setting up temporary animations in Sequencer. For these levels I also implemented gameplay mechanics (largely placement of climbing handholds, tool interactions and collectibles).
During polish, I helped with these levels' upkeep. This generally involved updates to collision, streaming, and bug fixing.
